創業昭和13年の横浜の元和菓子屋。
和菓子職人の夫婦です。
実店舗は閉店しましたが
昔の和菓子木型などから
インスピレーションをうけた
図案や文様、レシピなど
現代に使える形で販売します。

和菓子の技巧を伝えるワークショップも

開催中

ヴィンテージの
製菓道具も販売予定です。
私たちの活動のテーマは
『伝統の継承と再配布』です。​​​​​​​

This former Japanese confectionery shop was
founded in 1938 in Yokohama.
The physical store has closed, but
they will be selling designs, patterns,
recipes, and other items inspired by 
old Japanese confectionery wooden molds
that can be used today.
They will also be selling
vintage confectionery tools.
The theme of our activities is 
"inheritance and redistribution of traditions."
